We are proud and excited to announce our 341st Case!

Today, we have released the second in a trio of cases focusing on sterile pyuria. This is a presentation that we often see in primary care. MSU, coming back with raised WCC, no blood and culture negative - what do you do next? Can you help our second 29 year old patient, who has been abroad and returned with sterile pyuria?

This case is very similar to our previous case, but with subtle differences that can help shape the suspected diagnosis.
